Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders placed after processing hours or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Please note: During launches, sales, or periods of high volume, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience as a small business.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Love Made New is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be refunded. If the customer wishes to have the order reshipped, additional shipping fees will apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Love Made New is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Returned to Sender
Packages returned to us due to refusal, incorrect address, or failure to retrieve the package are not eligible for refunds. Reshipping will require an additional shipping charge.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
International Shipping (if applicable)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays, refusals, or returns caused by customs.
Final Sale on Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
